Well I did it. I bought a CK30

Thanks to all that responded to my posts in the past few weeks. After all the tractors I looked at I finally decided to purchase the CK30 with shuttle shift, FEL with tooth bar, Front Brush Guard, and 7ft. Blade . I just feel that it has more for the money than others brands. It finally came in about two weeks ago, but the tires were not available. Finally everything came in Saturday and he is delivering it tonight. I can't wait to put it to work. I will post pictures next week if I can figure out how to do it, and will give everyone my opinion of it's performance. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

You're gonna love it, congratulations. Just take your pix on the camera's lowest setting, mine post without having to resize them that way.

Powhatan, I'm not far from you and strongly considering getting a CK30 also. Please tell me your dealer and any recommendations or suggestions you may wish to pass on.

If you are somewhat close to Powhatan, then you are somewhat close to me. I bought mine at Tractor Hill in mineral, va. I believe he got his there as well. Talk to Todd good guy, gave me a great deal on mine.

I bought mine from Tractor Hill in Mineral Va. (804) 894-8770 Talked to Bill Towsey he is the owner. He gave me a great deal on mine. This tractor is awesome. I can't believe how much power it has. I was a little hesitant at first thinking I needed a larger tractor to do the clearing I wanted to do. Man I'm glad I picked the CK30. I have 10 acres of land and this tractor has done everything I put it up too. The tractor looked so small on the lot next to the larger tractors, but here at home it is plenty big enough. I graded a dirt road behind my house with a 5 foot grader box. The tines were all the way down and the tractor didn't even know it was behind it. The front loader has plenty of break out force and small trees come up easy. It also ran my 5ft. bush hog like a dream. Funny, but every time I go out to my dealer's and see the CK30 and compare it my CK20, I think, "Wow, that CK30 is pretty big, maybe it's all I need to add instead of going higher as planned." I'm now considering going either CK30 or DK35 to add to my CK20 instead of the DK45S since it's so much heavier, I'd have to upgrade tow vehicle and trailer!
Keep enjoying the tractor, it's going to amaze you more and more if it runs as my CK20 has.

I would also recommend Tractor Hill Equipment. Fair prices on tractors and implements, they have given me good post sales support.
