If all new tractors came with a CD from the factory labeled maintenance 101
where it actually shows someone doing the procedure on your screen.

Well... all this could be eliminated.

I read an article in the NY Times the other day that said that India is outsourcing the work that was outsourced to them, i.e. customer service. They gave an example of a company that was training Americans in India to work at their US branch. Thank globalization for this.
