Has anyone been successful in devising a way to keep all bugs out of your pressure switch? I regularly have the switch inoperable because ants and such get between the contacts.
I SUPPOSE that I could get the switch installed inside some type of enclosure that I would then make absolutely bug-tight - this would be kind of involved though, probably involving caulking and many other techniques. But once I get it perfectly isolated into that enclosure, would that environment be too hot for its operation.
Let me know if you have had success, or know of a commercial product, or have any other advice. I don't know if there is another type of switch which does not use contact points.
Yes, I keep the area sprayed with bug poison continuously.
Thanks, Martin
