Well Water Acid Neutralizer

i figure it would work fine, but i've never seen it done with a pressurized tank: the reason i use this set up is two reasons: sulphur smell, and iron: the water is sprayed into one area to aeriate, then filtered thru the sand: the aeriation both takes out the sulphur smell, and causes the iron to ????? i can't think of the word??? anyway it allows the iron to be filtered out by the sand: come to think of it, thats why a pressurized tank wouldn't work in my case, i need to aeriate the water to take out those two things: then i add oyster shells to keep the water from being to acidic(misspelled).
