Dealer Western New York JD dealer closing?

I keep hearing rumors that Bar-Chel, a JD dealer in WNY is closing. Does anyone out there know if this is true?

I'am not sure about your dealer but mine in macedon ny east of rochester has been bought out by another jd dealer from rochester
