What Am I Doing Wrong?

I've noticed when ever someone else posts a pic and I look at it, there's this icon I can click and it will enlarge this pic. When ever I post a pic, I don't have this icon as an option.

What am I doing wrong?

I'll attach a photo and maybe some one can tell me.

The version of Internet Explorer you are using automatically sizes a large picture to fit to the size of the window you are in. If you click on the icon on the picture, it will enlarge it to actual size, and you will have to scroll to view the entire picture.

The reason why you probably don't have this is because the pictures you post are smaller than they window the appear in.

I think I figured it out?

If I post a pic that is smaller then 480 X 360, this feature is unavailable?

What is the size limit on pics?

You can turn that option ON/OFF by visiting Internet Options->Advanced Tab. In that list under Multimedia will be an option to automatically resize images. De-select that if you do not want to have the images resized.

If only pictures 480 pixels or less in width make that option not come up tells me you must be one of the minority of people still viewing with a screen resolution of 640x480.

The size in pixel dimensions will determine the image size relative to your screen, as 480x360, 1280x960, etc. This image size apparently is not a factor when posting here. The file size is limited to 100KB and this is a factor of image resolution or pixels/inch. The attached image has an image size of 1280x960 pixels, and the resolution of 72 pixels/inch gives a file size of 72KB.

That was it Dave but not sure whether to change it or not. I'm used to the way it works now.

As far as the screen resolution, it's set at 800 by 600. Changing that to a larger resolution is not an option, due to poor eye sight.
