What are rated speeds for 6000?

The 8560 is likely to be a big seller if the pricing is right. Unlike the present cab tractor, I hear it is completely a Mahindra product.

And yes, it would be wonderful to have in the hayfield. I've baled around 350 4x4s this summer and there are days that are trying, as Slippy noted. The only positive constant has been the 6000 just hammering away and not complaining one time.

There you go again Brian, trying to spend my money. Have not seen them yet. I will check out Mahindrausa, but it sounds like they are not for sale yet. Although, it would be hard to part with my 6000. As sellercreek says, it just keeps on going, tough, solid, and a real work horse. It is getting great fuel economy to beat. I bet that 8560 would suck the fuel.

Aw come on now. When did a bigger more powerful tractor ever use more fuel? Remember, it won't need to work as hard except keeping that clean fresh air warm or and cool.:D You guys were saying that you would like a gear that is in between the gears that you now use, well if the 8560 has the same gearing as the 7520, then you would have it.

I'm only giving you guys a bad time because I would like an 8560 with a cab, but know that I am not going to be able to get one anytime soon.:(

Would love to have one. I take allergy meds and wear a dust mask and eye protection (a friend of mine used to wear some WWI style pilot goggles before he got his cab tractor) and still sneeze and hack around for days after baling hay. My special pleasure comes from extracting the tiny pieces of fodder from the inside corner of my eyes every morning for a few days.

When the dust mask gets wet from perspiration, I have to take it off. The most helpful thing to do then is get out of the windrow if the wind is behind you and move 90 degrees to the prevailing wind or breeze while tying and dumping a bale. Dump it and circle back to the windrow.

This, however, does not ensure cleanliness while baling. My grandchildren have actually been scared of me when I come in from the hayfield.

I am sold on the desirability of a cab tractor and just may do it when they come out, if I have the $. Wonder how long I could hide such a machine from the missus.........................? Um, she still hasn't found the disc mower....., took two years to notice the 4 wheeler............!

The heck of it is I'd need to keep the 6000 to get into some of my places I bush hog.

Just finished another 200 round bales with the eye protection and dust mask. That cab is sounding better.
