What are these for? 2610D

Got a 2610D yesterday. Reviewed the owners manual , but it did not explain these controls.

Also, what is the thing with the 2 broken tubes (label 1)? Appears to be some sort of filter/breather.

1 & 2 looks like the bumpers that the seat sits on. Not sure about 3. 4 is locks the 3 pt lift

#1 is where the vent tubes for the brakes attach. I believe it is just designed to help keep the water out of the vent lines. I think #2 is the three point lower speed valve- not really sure though. My 2610 parts manual does not show that style of valve on that tractor. It does not show #3 & #4 either. I think There must be a couple different designs. I think #3 varies the three point valve feedback geometry to change the amount of lift you get.

No.s 2 and 3 are identical to the 3pt hitch speed and draft control levers respectively on my YM336D. If correct, No.2 allows you to change the drop rate of the hitch which must be adjusted for the weight of each different implement used. No.3 is very useful when plowing to automatically adjust the plow depth as you go along to keep the tractor from bogging down. One difference that I see is the lack of engagable links to a tension sensor. Perhaps yours has a constantly engaged internal sensor. I have no knowledge of the other two.

On my YM2620D, #1 is hooked up to the rear lift vent tube ( rubber hose) I think this helps keep the moisture and bee's, mud nest, from forming in the vent tube.

Dick. Note- this a great machine. If you need info just drop me a line. I do not have that locking lever, under the lift arm, or the #2 item shown on your picture,on my tractor.

Sorry ,I thought you were pointing to the bumpers. I have # 4 on my 3110 that locks the 3 pt

My 3110 is just like that 2& 3 is part of the draft control . And it works real good to. If you put a disc tiller on it will keep it from going to deep in hard ground.
