What are these Ford dash lights?

I just got a Ford 4610SU and I did not get a manual for it yet. I want to find out what these lights are before I use it very much.

In my photo the light on the left #1 is the battery light. The #4 light on the right is the oil pressure light. I do not know what #3 and #4 are. I made a drawing of the icon on #3 and #4 has an indistinguishable icon.

Also, the tach needle fluctuates wildly. I thought the cable needed oil but I removed the cable and hooked the tach up straight to my Dewalt drill and at a steady speed it still fluctuates wildly. Is there a cure for this besides getting a new tach?

#2 is the air filter restriction indicator. #3 is typically not used on a 4610, but may be a high beam indicator. The tach will probably need replacement.
