Buying Advice What can you tell me about the LT175?

I just got off the phone with a guy who is selling an LT175. He says it's only 18 months old, and that he can transfer 3 years of warranty that he purchased for an extra $400 to me. He's having health problems and it sounds like he's sacrificing it to get rid of it. 54" deck. 28 HP engine. He describes it as a garden tractor, not a riding mower.

It sounds like a lot of machine for what he's asking, but I didn't think the LT175 was a current JD model. What can you tell me about this machine?!

Never mind. I just talked to him again, and it's an LA175, not an LT175. Now that I know the real model number, I'll do a new search here on the forum.
