what do the adjusting screw on a cat 416b loader back hoe adjust

i have a cat 416 b backhoe and having low pressure on the backhoe controls have to keep stablizer lever engaged 2 get enough power 2 get swing 2 work other controls have reduced power but work there are set screws by the operating rods tried adusting and pressure didn't change it has a closed center system with a variable flow pumpfront loader gets 3000 psi operating at full lift
so i think pump is ok any one have experience with cat systems tx bobster 43
