This could be a rather long thread. This is not being posted to make ANYONE feel inferior.

The meaning of this is that you post:Where you live, what you live on(acreage), who in your family you live with(wife, son, daughter, etc.), what equipment you have, where you work, and what animals you have.

If you do not have any of these, don't list them. If anybody has a problem with this thread, please have it removed, moved, or say so on here to end it yourself.

I live with my wife, daughter, and two grand kids. The wife and daughter can leave but we'll miss them. I live on a half acre lot with a 2200 square foot house on it. Five bedrooms, three baths, and two kitchens, but I still have to cook if I want something hot to eat.

I am building a new house on a 3.2 acre lot. I bought and used a Mitsubishi tractor with a front end loader to do some of the clearing and leveling. It did a fantastic job but I sold it not long ago. I'd like to have something with four wheel drive and power steering the next time around. I've got a nice trailer to haul it home on when I find the next good deal. I sold the other tractor for what I paid for it after using it for three years. That's a good deal.

I drive a Ford F250. It gets the job done.

I go to school every day but it's the school of hard knocks where I've learned more than I have in any other. I don't knock formal education though. I had a 4.0 GPR in Electrical Engineering and a 3.62 GPR in Business but quickly found out that neither degree really taught me what I needed to know to get the job done.

I am currently Director of Sales and Marketing. It's an impressive job title that literally means I'll do whatever I can to help the company, and keep my job. In today's economy a paid off mortgage and a paycheck that doesn't bounce are status symbols. So far I've got both, and a great family to boot.
