Anybody have a fairly close price? A friend of mine said it ran about $1.79 a running foot but he wasn't real sure!

Thanks.

What gauge? Painted or bare? Galvanized or galvalume? If galvanized, what grade, econo, G40, G60, or G90? Prime or seconds?
Alot of questions, but it will help.

Yeah... I guess I should have provided a little more info! I don't know too much about the stuff myself but I'll say it's painted on one side and there is some type of coating on the other. I believe it to be 26 gauge. I just bought 3 acres and there was a barn there that was being built during Hurricane Rita. Well... it blew it down and a lot of the wood is rotting so I just pulled all the R-panel off of it and figured I'd just sell it as I don't have any use for it. I'm trying to get an idea of what it would cost new. I'll call a local store this week and get a good firm price... I just figured somebody in the TBN community would have an idea on price. I have 20 14' and 20 8' sheets.

Thanks.

I would think new painted 26ga. would go for $2 - over $3 ln ft.
Flouropolymer (Kynar/Hylar) painted galvalume will be on the high side with Silicone polyester painted, or straight polyester being less. In most markets, galvalume is competitive with galvanized. Some markets sell alot of "seconds", the reason may or not be visible but, it can be on the low end price-wise.
You can usually tell which paint coating you have by the amount of fade, looking at the underlap for comparison and the chalk on the surface. Depending on age and climate, galvanized can be rusted on the lower cut edge, progressing up the panel. Galvalume will generally have minor, if any rust on the cut edge. Many factors come in to play but, those are some basics.
