What ever Happened to Minot?

I thought it was a TSC tractor although I could be wrong. It was called a Minot, a rebaged Jinma. might-a-been a couple yrs ago when I read of them. What ever happened to them? bjr

It was just a test run by TSC. Back in 2003 when I bought my Jinma my local TSC was selling Cub Cadet tractors. The price was on the high side. I am guessing that is what happened to the Minot"Jinma" tractors they were selling.

The TSC in Shelbyville Ky. Still has the original 3 tractors they got. They still have them priced too high. I figure if they sit there long enough it will be clearance time, lol.

I was at the local TSC and they had a 2wd 20hp Minot on clearance, I think about $500 off to bring it to about $4500. It just looked like junk. It looked like it had been sitting in place for a few years, the whole outside was weathered and rusted. It had a tinniness and flimsiness about it that made it seem toy-like compared to other Jinmas.

Same here @ my local TSC badly weathered and few broken parts. . . Like looking at a "new" 3 year old car. -Ed

Same here, I saw a Minot at a TSC recently and it looked very rough. The paint was faded, the plastic parts were changing color from sun exposure and it was covered in rust. I don't remember the price but, I do remember thinking it was very high.

My 2004 Jinma 284 still looks new!
