What GPM hydraulic pump is needed for 2" bore cylinder?

The cyl in operation with the least resistances will move first, but when two cyl have equal resistance, the force will be the same if the cyl are identical. If you are pumping fluid to two different size cyl, of course the cyl with the most displacement will have the most force. Two levers and two identical cyl, same force, slower speed.
