What is a fair price on a John Deere 1010

I have a 1962 John Deere 1010 that doesn't get used enough to keep it around the house. It's a gas burner and really nice mechanical shape. The seat is gone and the lights do not work. The paint is good and tractor has been barn kept its entire life. Any idea on what price we should be asking for this??? Only picture I have of it.

Hard to tell from that picture, how many hours? I would guess ask $4000 and take anything close to it. I would clean it up a bit and post some better pics.

Yep I know I need to take better pictures. That is just one I had showing the tractor. I'm going home this weekend and will power wash it and clean it up. Thanks for the reply. Rick
