Mowing What is a sprung mowing deck

I have one blade on my 72" MMM that is higher. I can't figure it out. I read once about a sprung deck what is it ?

Unless you hit something real hard? Try and shim the higher blade down to the other height.
Are you talking fractions of an inch or whole inches?
A sprung deck is one that has a TWIST in it, and giving you two different cutting heights.
Like grabbing a sheet of paper with both hands and twisting it.

Mr. Jimi thank you very much for your reply. One of draft arms came disconnected, I agree, it would be hard to twist my deck.
