I bought a small front grapple for my JD garden tractor and they recommend the installing of a Tow Relief Valve. Problem is, I don't know what that is or what it's for. If anyone can help me out I'd appreciate it. Thanks
The small hydra static tractors have a disconnect on them so you can move them when they are not running.
If yours is hydra static it should have the lever.
I don't know what a "tow" relief valve would have to do with a grapple;to free wheel your machine there is a PULL KNOB in the back that let's it free wheel and push back in the engage the HST.
Yep. I do have one of those. Didn't know that's what it was called. I guess I don't know what that would have to do with a grapple either, but thanks guys for the quick responses.
