What is EP 220?

I have a hydraulic operated gang mower and it requires:
AMOCO PERMAGEAR EP 220 or TEXACO MEROPA PETROCAN ULTIMA EP 220.

I have tried Fleet/Farm, Walmart, & Checker Auto Parts stores. Nobody knows what this stuff is, and where I can buy some.

Any suggestions? Thanks
