Price Check What is my tractor worth?

2007 Massey-Ferguson 2310TLB, purchased new from dealer 2010.
175 hours serviced at beginning and end of each mowing season.
mid-mount mower
forklift tines attach to bucket
4' King Kutter box blade w/ripper
4-5' King Kutter extended rake that swivels all the way around
4ft lawn roller
2 disk plow, cheap chinese metal but it does a good job

The hood is a bit faded from sitting in the sun at the dealer for three years, but still looks good. I live in a farming area and small tractors aren't really used so much. The dealer
won't even carry any small tractors anymore. That is why it sat for 3 years.

I have moved and no longer need this, but it is hard to find others like mine that have a backhoe and what they sell for.
Can someone give me an idea what I should ask for it?

Following on the same question ... Is there anything for tractors that is equivalent to the NADA for autos?

$12k-$16k depending on the buyer and market.

I would think it is worth at least $15k with all the extra goodies. A new Kubota BX25D with just the FEL, BH and deck would cost $18k.

I would say closer to 12K.
I've been actively shopping in this market for a Kubota BX2# TLB. The Kubota will command a few thousand more (13K-15K). I've seen a number of the Massey units come up for sale and $12K would be about right. Might check e-bay, an auction ended last week for what looks like the exact model you've posted. I'm not sure why the massey units go for less, I haven't spec'd them out versus a BX.

The closest things I have found were a few 2300 with mmm and fel with less than 200hrs went for $12-$14K. Most of the 2310 tlb have close too, or more than 1000hrs. I seem to have the odd man out with a backhoe and low hours. I wouldn't even consider it broken in yet even though it is a 2007.

I think 12k is too cheap with the extra goodies. Maybe for the TLB and belly mower.

I can tell you this. I just bought a Kubota BX23TLB with 225 hours but without a belly mower. I'd have jumped all over this Massey at $12k - $13k.
