What is on the back of my tractor?

The guy I bought my 420 from had gotten it on trade and didnt know much about it. He said it has a 3 pt hitch but needed more parts. It seems like I have some pieces of the 3 pt hitch but I honestly can not tell what else is needed.

I have what appear to be the left and right 3 pt hitch mounts under the axle, but it seems my rockshaft is not that of a 3 point hitch???



*Also what is the plate/bracketry for that is blocking the view of the differential on my tractor? There is a pulley on the back side. I know this is not stock because on a stock tractor you can see through to the diff.

@outback I believe that is the PTO clutch and bracket for the material collection system (dumping), in the middle. Looks like you also have a standard rockshaft, (non-3PH) but the 3PH bottom mount plates are on.
