So, in short:
-Identify your best, closest mainline Green, Blue, Red, and other Red dealers and begin there.
-Find the heaviest FWA models in your HP range (I'm saying 80-100 PTO) that those dealers and lines offer for the money you want to spend. Choices really start to narrow.
-Get down to a couple or three models and sit them, ride them, cuss and discuss 'em.
-Flip a coin and be done with it.
I like the Mahindras and their my fav' pet tractor at the moment. I don't mention solely because they may well not have an established dealer close by. If they do, by all means, throw them into the mix. As for Big Orange, I like them just fine and they are quality, but they in general will not weigh as much when compared to other models of the same HP or dimensions from other makes. Not always, but in general, so they may not be what you're looking for.
I am a bit surprised that your 4243, in terms of weight and grunt, isn't doing the job you're wanting. Local semi-retired farmer drags a 9' cutter and a 5x5 baler around some old terraced, hilly, orchard fields with a 50-60HP/ish Zetor without a whimper. How steep are your fields and what are you feeding through the equipment?
