What is the best killer for Roseau cane?

I have stands of Roseau cane on both sides of my wood fence making it very difficult to cut and unable to burn it. I have tried Roundup in various strength and it has not fazed it. I need something I can spray on it without cutting it or burning it. Some of the choices are 2,4-D, Crossbow, Brushtox, Triclopyr 4 or Atrozine or any other brand that you don't need a permit for.

Maybe contact LSU. Apparently they are having problems with it dying in the delta. Maybe they would transplant it for you?

We have something similar in the Piney Woods. Invasive cane of some sort. Extension guy said Roundup would work on it.

Dont know if it's the best but you might want to try this:
