i dump in 6 or 7 quarts of oil into my 873 bobcat every time i run it.
it is leaking out somewhere below the dipstick line.
i know this because if i fill it up, run it for say half and hour check the level it is a little low and showing signs of oil on the botton carrage.
now i let it set over night or a couple days and its down 7 quarts.
i think i have rubbed a hole in the bottom or side of my oil pan.
is there a easy way to pull the pan?
or could it be some where else that the oil is leaking out?

6-7 quarts over night? you should be able to find that leak without to much trouble. Before you start tearing into it search for the leak especially a leak that big.

tryed to find it there isn't any sign.
ive rolled up the cage and looked from that side all the lines and every thing loos good.
i cant see totaluy under the pan but there isnt any sign anywhere else.
ihave backed the bobcat up into the dirt banks and over time got dirt and crap up into the back.
thats why i think i have rubbed a hole with engine vibration on a rock or something in the pan.
how do i pull the pan?

Don't pull the pan until you find the leak, you would waste your time.
6-7 qts is a ton of oil, the bottom of the bobcat would be soaked. put cardboard under it and watch it.
If it ain't leaking it outside, its leaking it inside or burning it.

Sackett2; agree 100%, never tear into something blind unless your ready for $$$$$$$$ being thrown.

Can you get somewhere and pressure wash it? That much oil has to be going somewhere? If it's burning oil I would think you'd have 1 heck of a cloud hanging with you? Dry cardboard is an excellent way to atleast find a rough source for the leak. Once you get a rough idea follow the flow until you find the leak.

bobcats love to get dirt and stone wedged up under the oil pan, and will eventually rub a hole right in the oil pan, as there is little clearance between the pan and the machines framework. same thing happens w/the plastic fuel tanks

trust me, i know. i'm a bobcat mechanic

I don't think a motor that's shut down over nite will burn 7 quarts of oil during the nite..

Well excuuuuuuse me for trying to help?:D. I relize he said it lost oil while sitting but he also said he was not sure where it was going. Now as far as this engene is concerned I don't know anything, but if it has an engine then maybe I could help{sorry I had to do that } I hate to see anyone wasting time and money on un-needed fixes, of course their $$$ their choice. If it where me I'd want to know where the leak was at before tearing into something completely wrong. I'm not saying it's not the oil pan, just suggesting look before leaping. 7 quarts in 1 knight {over a gallon} that's a lot of oil, seems like the problem could be zero in on. Who knows maybe the neighbor has an oil heater in his garage
