What is the significance of this NH 56 Rake being Yellow

Really a memory test for me. I used to assemble the equipment at my dad's NH dealership back in the old days. I faintly remember some all yellow rakes, but I would have bet it was the older model (55?), before they moved the RH wheel up next to the rake to track better. Why would anyone paint a rake? Surely it wouldn't have gone through a fire, would it?

Same question is posted over at YT. A member there brings up a good point. NH Rolabar rakes were final assembled at the dealership (still are today) and the hardware connecting the usualy yellow basket to the usually red frame would have no paint at all.

I've dragged home many a rake that was left sitting in the field to rust. I usually sand blast 'em, shoot some new paint, and occasionally put new decals on them. $20 worth of paint can net $300 or $400
