3-Point Hitch what is this part

I removed the backhoe from my B2620 and am trying to reinstall the 3 point arms so I can attach the cultivator. I have a part left over! ( not really: it goes on the left lift arm...somehow) I don't see it in the manual and can't remember what it does, or how to install it.

Looks like the arm that lifts the mmm?

And there should be another Bracket one on the other side also, adjustable rod linkage fits in the smaller hole that goes to another bracket above the MMM.
