Manual no help. Google search for images, diagrams no help. Various part site search engine, part guide no help. I'm tightening the bigger plug/nut back and about to need a cheater bar. That goes up and down freely. There may be thread on the end of it but the nuts not far enough up in their forte to grab

It's right underneath tran. Drain plugs on other side I believe. All I can find is a regular plug in manual and online. I don't see anything with a pin or screw going thru the middle

If it is loose in the plug and moves around it might be some sort of breather to let pressure out but not the oil.

It's not in an area that's supposed to be free of oil is it? If so, it'd be a 'jiggler', the loose pin is mean to keep crap from plugging the hole and allowing any seepage to drain.........Mike

It appears to be in the clutch area not the transmission if I am correct in seeing the engine oil pan in the left of the photo and the drive shaft to the front axle sloping down from right to left.

Many tractors make provisions for not allowing water or or oil accumulate in the housing holding the clutch. Mud flies and the like plug up small holes so one company's answer was a big cotter pin dangling down and free to move about thus keeping the drain hole clear. The oil comes from seepage from the crank shaft seal and the transmission shaft seal. Water from the rain.

Slow unscrew it. I would be surprised if the transmission started draining out.

If you are certain it is from the transmission, my next thought would be it is there to drain any water that got into the transmission. The water will sink below the oil and would easily be drained out after the tractor sat out all night just by pushing up the pin until oil started to come out.

Often on a car with a head gasket problem, one of the first clues is as you remove the crankcase drain plug to change the oil, the first liquid coming out is green, i.e. antifreeze.

I find with many of the Asian tractors the manuals and literature do not keep up with product changes and you are left puzzled.
