What is this push/pull switch on my 1994 Ford 2120?

In trying to remove the front cover to check out what I think is a leak in the power steering control valve, I'm stymied by this switch. In all the years I've owned this tractor I've never used it and I can't find any mention of it in the manual that came with the tractor or even the full 1920/2120 shop manual I have.

The parts diagrams list it as part number SBA312700620, Engine Stop Cable.

Thank you! That's exactly what it is. Tried it out today and it works as named.

on my 1988 2120, it's the kill cable.. a lot of 2120's have a solenoid that kills the engine when you turn key off.. trace the cable to see if it goes to the injection pump
