What is this

Found this cleaning out a estate of a relative what is it. It's about 6 inches around

I've been coming back to this hoping that someone has an answer. It looks like some kind of bearing. Try putting the middle pic in Google image search and see if a match comes up.

Yes and its about 6 inches in diameter

The more that I look at it, especially with the 'external' pin roller bearings, it is designed to rotate within some sort of guide. There are channels on the inside for lubricating he rollers and what looks like a place for a bolt to clamp it to a shaft.

Many old tractors included a belt driving wheel... my Wild ***** Guess (WAG) is that an internal support for a rotating, belt driven, shaft. The shaft would operate something inside a building such as a sheep shearing shed.

My WAG is similar...possibly some type of tension (to a belt) applying wheel?...possibly off some type of friction drive planter/harvester etc...
