What should I replace on a split tractor?

Clutch pack, throwout bearing, check the tines on the throwout lever, if bent or cracked, get a new one.
Be sure to scuff up the pressure plate, take the shine off, with emery cloth or sandpaper.
Make sure the drain hole is clear, it's often plugged.
Single plate clutches are a dream, Triples (Ford 861) can be a B*tch...

Thanks for the help everyone. No leaks in the trans seal after the over night leak test, 1/8" left on the clutch plate, throw out bearing spins freely with no side to side free play. Cross shaft is good, I'm grinding off the burrs and flipping the ring around. The flywheel/pressure plate has some shine on it but no wear grooves. PO went crazy with the throw out grease, spent an hr. cleaning it up. There's a little bit of oil around the rear main. I hope NAPA has a seal that will fit, the dealer wants $50 for it. I screwed up when I pulled the flywheel off, I didn't mark it. Now, I have to hit the books to get it back on the right way.

Since the ring gear is identical on both sides (from what I can see in the pics) I would flip it around and put it back on. It should last just as long as a new one.

If it was me I'd check the clutch plate for thickness and replace if it is under 50%. Scuff the flywheel & pressure plate with fine sandpaper. Clean & inspect the throwout bearing for looseness or noisy rotation, replace or repack accordingly. Replace all the seals and/or gaskets I could since they are cheap & easy. :drink:
