I am clearing a remote road for the most part and wondered whether I should have a single or double auger. I am Upper Mich right on Lake Superior, we get loads of lake effect at times. I don't want to overload the tractor but don't want to much unerload either.

I mis-spoke when i told you my lucknow was 96 inches wide. It's only 90 inches wide. Single auger, 30 inches high. If I went with a double auger it would have been 36 inches high. I would think you want to be in the 90 inch wide range. This gives me a decent amount of room on the first pass.
