I want a box blade for my New Holland tab 110 FWA. Outside of tires is 7'. Should I get a 7' or 8' box blade?

My tractor is 90". My BB is 84". For what I do with it, I get along fine. I thought I wanted an 8' but found my 7' used first. I work in the timber a lot. I think I'd be banging an 8' off trees a lot. If your work is open areas and if your primary goal is finish work, I'd suggest the 8'. For my rough work the 7' works.

Pretty much what Richard said, we have essentially the same setups. I also use the 84" on my L5740 and have snagged a tree or two, I just have to watch where I'm going.

My tractor is 80". I have a Bush Hog roll over box blade - RO72. Its 72" wide and works just great behind the tractor. I use the ROBB along with a Grading Scraper GS2584 to create walking trails on the property and to maintain my mile long gravel driveway.
