What size PHD for my T1510 (or TC30)?

I am looking into getting a Leinbach PHD for my NH T1510. They list the the L7200JR, L7200 or L7300, for the same price. Does anyone with a T1510, 20 or TC30 have one of these? Which model? Thanks!

I don't own any of your listed PHDs but I would think the extra weight of the 7300 might be an advantage plus it might indicate a little heavier build. They all look basically the same, but it is hard to tell if they might be different lengths. The jr mentions being used for a compact tractor so that might be a factor for you as well.
