Kyle, I like that idea so much I may retire and sell smoked tomatoes myself.

If they are anything like sun-dried tomatoes, I may be my own best customer.

Man, thems good! Audri likes to make smoked salsa (just smoke the individual ingrediants, then cut and mix) when we smoke, as an outcrop a few years ago I did about 3 pounds of tomato slices. Really, really good.

I find they won't do in my propane smoker as it is wetter than my old wood smoker.

Gause is just a wide spot in the road over on Hwy 190. Bet his tomato patch would be easy to find there.
