Buying Advice What to look for on a used RTV

For the RTV owners out there what should I be looking for/at when looking at used machines? I can look for external wear and tear but when talking to the owner what questions should I be asking? I see a good bunch of machines that are 3000-4000 hours. Is that excessive? Should I stay below a certain hour mark in general?

I have 7 acres mostly wooded that it will be used to putz around on carrying cut up trees and debris.

The 2006 RTV900 I traded to the dealer was in VERY good shape and they had it sold before it came off the truck. Things you can look for: loose rear axle nuts that wear the spline out, worn rear u-joints, the hydro seems soft or weak like a clutch is slipping, evidence that all the adjustments (lots) on the engine/trans has been messed with, does the shifting of the levers feel solid or is it iffy that maybe worn shift forks.
