what to pick for a project oliver or massey harris?

Besides the fact that look good, I vote for the Oliver, that way you still get to build a GREEN tractor.

Anyone looking for the ideal project like mentioned in this thread? I got all the bases covered with a deal on an all original, no modifications, Massey Harris 30 rowcrop tricycle, from 1948, WITH the complete spare parts tractor, same kind. The first one is shed kept, and runs. I used it last week to do some mowing here on my farm. I'm moving on beyond collector type tractor, to a more modern heavy duty unit I need to run more work on this farm, so I'm selling this pair for $2,500. I have had them since 1993. Never did have to pull and use anything off the spare unit. Includes the original belt drive wheel, hand crank, and parts book. Original wheels with original paint. Original 65 year old paint job on the body, too! Please help me get the word out on a sweet situation for the restorer. PM me if interested. Thx.

You know, Fla ain't really that far from here in SE Va! In fact, your ancestors probably walked up here to meet up with mine in a little frackas we had here about 150 years ago. If you will line up a truck or trailer, I'll take the day off, and see it gets loaded and on its way to you FOB my farm location here (i.e., you pay for the haul). It'll be there in a few days! You don't see these at every antique tractor show, like some models, so this here is something special, and different. Plus, you won't need to look for any parts for this one! I see you and I already share the same interest in a wide front '63 F-4000. This MH could fit that same bill. I have a picture, but cannot figure out how to attach it on this forum. I could email them to you. Let me know . . . .
