What type of fluid to use in the front end loader.

This is my first post on TBN so if is does not seem right just bear with me. I bought a Mahindra 3525 tractor in Feb. The Mahindra is a great tractor I did not really know much about them until I started researching them, however I am not near about a tractor mechanic and I have a problem I need someones help with. I have 25 acres and I just got 5 of the acres cleared by a logging company. When the logging company was fininshed, they left alot of limbs on the ground. I was using the FEL to clean up the mess when a limb jumped off the ground and started beating the heck out of my hydralic hose. It caused one of the vaulves to become loose. I tightened it back up and it does not leak at all, however while it was loose I lost alot of fluid. I dont really know much about them being that this is the first FEL I have ever had. Does anyone know what type of fluid to use and where do I put it in at. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Your FEL uses the trans/hyd that is in your tractor. Look in your tractor manual to find the dipstick or level hole to check it and just fill the tractor to spec. Operate your loader some to purge air and re-check the level in the tractor again.

We got those jumping limbs out here too. They're good so you can't see ahead of time when they're about to attack.
