You will want at least two sets of remotes for top and tilt both, unless you want to use a diverter valve, then you can get away with a single set of remotes on the rear.

I typically recommend that a person get at least one of the valves with the float function, preferably both. And then as long as you are doing this, you might as well get 3 control valves, not that much more money and once you start using hydraulics, you end up wanting more functions to be hydraulic actuated.
Are you sourcing items yourself, or are you going with the Kubota set?
I have a 3 valve set, 2 with float function for $890. That is everything you need to have this operational except the actual valve mounting bracket.
