Been noticing it since in stands out in sharp contrast against everything else which has no leaves this time of year. And they are quite green too as you can see.

WELLL....went to add the picture via the add pic from tapatalk...and it says this forum has disabled media sharing??

What's with that?

Kinda hard to tell from that picture. Maybe a small box elder??

Could be a buckthorn species or Japanese knotweed vine/shrub. Both invasive and have no wildlife or timber value. Both have leaves similar to the photo.

Maybe....goggling the leave structure seems very similar. You can open that pic in a new tab, and enlarge....to see the leaf detail.

Some of you need to learn to use Paint and its Resize option. You can reduce the size of those 6 MP pictures you take to about 100 kB by resizing them to about 700 pixels wide. I do it all the time in newsletter work. Makes the pictures "pop" rather than grind in, and you lose hardly any definition.

Anyway, it has the look of autumn olive, a very invasive non native species of tree. It really likes cleared areas or the edges of cleared areas. If it is, it'll have what look like about 1-1.5 inch thorns on its stems. They're not really thorns, but they'll feel like it if you brush your naked bod up against a limb.

I would say it looks like honeysuckle. We have it as an invasive around us. Bark is kind of greyish and peels a bit like shagbark hickory. I cut it as soon as I see it, It multiplies like crazy from the birds eating the seeds.
