What were production years for the New Holland 545D?

After New Holland bought out the ford tractor division what years did New Holland produce the 545D?

Not for sure, but when I was looking at buying one the earliest year I saw advertised for sale was a 1998 and the latest an '03 or possibly an '04.

9/1/1992 through 12/2000 for 545D production. I'll let you draw the line between Ford and New Holland; that's a debate I won't join.
