Hello, I am new to the fourm and wondering what would be a fair price in the pacific northwest on a new John Deere 4210 eHydro, R4 tires, 420 FEL, 47 Backhoe, LX5 Rotary cutter, 60" box scraper.
Thanks for any input.

I have been looking for my first tractor and have been considering a 4210 or 4310. I made my first post with some pricing info two nights ago put apparently it was pulled. I am obviously new to this forum and do not know if I overstepped my bounds with the info I posted so I will try being less specific here. Make sure you get pricing from several dealers because the pricing I got varied by $1,000's for the same tractor. I actually got my best price from a dealer in MI (I live in western PA). It looks like I can get the 4310, 4WD, HST, DSCV, no mid pto or attachment for $16,500 plus or minus a coupe hundred $$. Add a Frontier 6' rear blade and 84" finish mower for about $2,500 with the current JD $200 discount. Add tax and delivery. 4210 loader added to package looks like an additional $2,800. All from MI. I reluctant to buy from a dealer 400 miles away but unless the PA dealer comes down significantly I guess I will be driving to MI. Found the MI dealer through a friend. Hope this helps some and good luck.

What makes you think it was pulled? Looks like it's right here. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif I suspect you have your display preferences set for a shorter time than 2 days. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

There are quite a few posts on the board about JD pricing.

Last month I ordered a 4310, e hydro, lighting kits, brush guards on lights, 60: MMM, 430 loader with the 4 in 1 bucket, level indicator, 47 BH and MX5 rotary. I went to the JD site and got list prices under the "build your own" selection. Then I e-mailed these specs to several dealers. Ended up paying 84% of list (plus tax).

Most people on the board agree that you get your best deals if you order everything up front.

Others have quoted prices as low as 80% of list. I couldn't do that well myself.

Thanks for all the input. I changed my mind on the mower and want a mid-mount. I got a few quotes and the best one is as follows:
4210 eHydro 15700
420 FEL 2650
47 Backhoe 5750
60”mmm 2140
60” Box blade 560
Total $26800

What do you think?
I want to give the dealer that gave the lowest bid my business, or should I play there game and see if the high bidders will come down?
Thanks again.
