What year did they make the YM220?

Talked to a guy not to far from the house that has a ym220. I did some research on it and the best that I can come up with is that it is a us model, basic 2 wheel drive tractor. He has a 5' bushog, 5'disc, and 4'
box blade. Claims to have a less than 1000 hrs on it. Asking $4700 for the package. What is the going price just for this tractor in good shape?

TractorData indicates the YM220 was manufactured from 1982 through 1991. The hours are probably correct. The asking price with implements (depending on condition) does not seem unreasonable.

This is out of a price book that is 9 years old.

1982 Yanmar 2wd New 7130.00 Low 3070.00 High 3780.00
1989 Yanmar 2wd New 8250.00 Low 3800.00 High 4620.00

This is the price W/ROPS. I don't put much stock in these prices, I think the tractor is well worth 4700.00 if in good condition.
