Price Check Whats a fair price for a Kubota L2900DT-GST

Hello all, back in 2007 my father purchased this tractor to use at our cabin. It had 860 hours on it and he paid around $15 for it. The tractor came with a backhoe(SMG75), bucket(WoodsDual 165) and a 4' box scrapper. Since then he also purchased a 4' rotatory mower for around $800. Currently the tractor has 1110 hours on it. I have offered to buy the tractor since I seem to use it more than him at this point. Neither him nor
I have any idea what a fair price would be and I'm hoping someone here can assist with a ballpark value that I relay to dad and let me make his decision from that. I have included some pictures.

if its family i always take the road of what ever you want for it is fair, if i cant afford it then that is also fair either way no feelings get hurt

if they ask you what you can afford that is one thing if they decide to allow you to purchase it for what you can afford and forgo the amount they want then that is good for both also
