Price Check What's my GC2310TLB worth

Hello Everyone,

I have a MF GC2310TLB in great condition. It has about 225hrs on it and has had excellent service throughout. I just had the gear replaced, which I believe is a MF defect. It was replaced with the new shaft and the Hydro pump and gear were also replaced. The motor has always had syn. diesel motor oil every 25 hours, with filter. The backhoe has been used about 5 times. It was mostly used to get rid of the snow in my driveway.
So what is something like this worth, what would be a fair price to sell it for. I paid 23,000.00 back in 05. I live in Ontario, Canada.... any suggestions what to ask for it.

I have a GC2310TLB in good condition with a little over 300hrs on it. I'm also in Ontario, Canada. I'm should have bought the next size up, but at the time money was an issue. I'm debating selling it and buying something bigger. So I'm curious what I might be able to get for mine.

I see where Northwood Power has several used 2610s and 2410s, which are the newer models, going from around $18K to $21K.

You might start inquiring with dealers what they'd offer as a trade-in toward a larger tractor- that would at least be a place to start. Or, see what they have for selling prices on used 2310s.

My 2310 now has 249.9 hrs on it (guess it's almost time for the 250-hr service!); I don't know that I'd want to part with it for less than $18K, but then I really don't want to sell it. (Probably ever.:laughing

I would advertise the 2310 at $18,950 and see what you get for offers. Price depends on what the tractor looks like, and the market in your area.

Not sure what the exchange rate is now, but seems tough to ask over $18K when new ones are around $18.5K. Again, not sure what they sell for in Canada.

Being 6 years old, I would think in excellent condition more around the 14-15 mark. If someone was coming in with cash, they would be better off buying a new machine with the incentives going on.

come on guys stop blowing smoke, when I was looking at the 2310tlb they ran from $9,800 to $12,000.00 max, I found a 2008 2410tlc used at dealership for $13,500.00 with only 41 hours, and 50 hour service just done, and I still purchased new 2010 2410tlb because of the warranty.

Are you sure it was a 2410, I thought they just came out in 2010? Anyway, if you want more for your money, stay away from the dealership and sell out retail. I think 11k to 15k is more reasonable, 15k means it would have to be in immaculate condiiton though. The problems is, with the 0% financing even at 10K thats a hard sell.

Bought a GC2400 in October 2010 with a 60"MMM and FEL for $13500. Neighbour like mine so he priced out a GC2410 in May 2011without the MMM for $15500.:thumbsup:

It's the classic rock and hard place. Dealers trade in offers likely won't thrill you, but at least it is gone, if you want a new one.

Selling late model stuff outright can be done, but it is brutal. Answering more than a few phone calls, time wasters and tire kickers, low ball artists. It gets very wearisome. Went through it last year.

When you are up against the new competition, with warranty and zero financing, it is a tough row to hoe, for sure. Tractor have great re-sale value, IF, they are 8-10 years old.

Wach out for the 0% financing, I originally was going to finance but the tractor was about $3000 less if I paid cash.:confused2:
