What\'s my L2850/FEL/BH/etc. worth?

Whoops... I posted this first in the "general" forum but realized it would be more appropriate here... I'll go and try and delete that one.

Also, I found the book value of the tractor (at Machinery Link) to be about $9000... That is for the tractor only (no FEL, BH, etc.)...

I'm moving across country and need to sell my baby... Can anyone tell me what it is worth?


L2850DT-7 (4WD, shuttle shift, plenty of rubber, about 1200 hours)
BF500 FEL
B/L 4520B BH
6' Gearmore Box Scraper (w/ rippers)
6' Bushhog (don't remember the make at the moment and its too dark to go look)
5' Rototiller (again, not sure of the make)
post hole digger w/ 6' auger

I also have the owner's manual and the shop manual...

It is a great tractor and I hate to see it go... But...

I can't help on the value of your tractor, but I am leery of the values that I found for the Kubota BX2200 at the machinery value site. A 2001 BX2200 has a premium condition price of $8940 and a 2000 model is worth $6959 in premium condition. Considering that both year models are identical, I don't understand the difference of $1981? Since the site didn't give any indication of what was included with the tractor, I will assume that it is figured as being a bare tractor without FEL or MMM. I looked at the Carver site and a 2004 BX2230 costs $9649 and that includes the 60" MMM. The 60" MMM is a $1500 item! If you want to upgrade the BX2230 to include a FEL, that puts the price at front end loader $11,749. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Machinery link is always very, very high in my experience. Its the least reliable souce I know of for used equipment. I think you can get 10-12k for the whole package depending on condition. Not more than 12k for sure.

I wonder if the market is different here in CA??? I know when I bought this rig (about 2-3 years ago) I couldn't touch anything for $12k... Especially anything with a BH!

Maybe my 2-3 year absence from the tractor market is causing the problem!??! MachineryLink seemed pretty accurate back then... Did the tractor market drop since then?
