What's the better deal? 3320vs3520

Looking at two used tractors right now. One is a 2011 3520 with 60 hrs, brand new 300cx loader, still has warranty. Dealer wants $28,000. The other is a 2010 3320, 160 hrs, with a 375 backhoe. Private sale asking $27,500. I could use a backhoe some, but not sure how much use it would get exactly. What would you guys say is a better deal? The warranty on the 3520 is inviting, as well as it's right here in town. The 3320 is a 10 hour drive one way; not many used tractors around! Prices are Canadian.

Does either have mid-pto? rear scv? Mid PTO is an expensive dealer install if it is missing and you ever want to run a MMM mower or anything else that requires mid-pto. Make sure the one with the BH actually has Power Beyond and he is not trying to run it off the 3rd scv.
With any luck you will not need the warranty, so hard to say how much to value that. Hours are very close. Ask yourself what type of ground engaging or PTO work you plan to do and if the extra HP for the 3520 will be any real benefit. If both FEL are 300cx there should be no performance difference. While it's nice to have a BH, I have to admit mine has not been used for two years - but it's there if needed (<-;

At the dealer I assume you will pay GST, unless you are farm exempt, where the the private deal should be tax free. If you look at the MSRP for the price difference between a 3320 & 3520 and look at price of a 375 BH, including PB, IMO the 3320 represents "better overall value", but only you can figure if you "need" more power or "need" a BH.

Is there a loader on the 3320?
100 hrs is diddly squat
A backhoe is $8K+ new, does it have a subframe?
A FEL is about $3K+.
Are either or both:
4WD?
HST?
Cab?
Canopy?

If the 3320 has a FEL I'fd vote for

All else being equal the 3320 reads better.
