  What does this mean? I've been posting photos, and links to photos and videos hosted elsewhere, with no problem. I just noticed this Permission is 'Off'.

I had to "Go Advanced" to see what you are referring to... mine says ON.

If you go to http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/profile.php?do=editoptions and scroll down to "Thread Display Options", then "Visible Post Elements:" is "Show Images (including attached images and images in code)" checked?

Yes, all three elements in Visible Post Elements are checked.

I see one oddity. rScotty in another thread showed the advanced picture-posting screen that has thumbnails of the pictures for your pending post, if I recall correctly. I've seen that advanced feature here and in other VB sites but I don't use it.
