Found parked over 10 years. I was told engine ran good, cut well, all new belts but would barely move was the reason it was parked. the tires show a lot of wear. Does anybody have any ideas as to what could be wrong and cost to fix?
I tried to search for post relating to this issue but I don't know what Im doing therefore I kept getting "no results found"
