Wheel Removal on Mayrath Elevator?

Not sure if this was the correct forum or not, so here goes:

Any one know how to remove the wheels on a old Mayrath chain drag elevator (conveyor)?
My son purchased one and we are having a devil of a time trying to figure out how to remove the wheels.
