Today I got the 2 in by 10 round plate 4 pcs and they are
now in side of the hub's on the rear of my 2310
Each one weighed 40 lbs each
Cost of scrap steel is now at .63 per lbs
I will wait a while and see how these work and may be add more ..
70 deg's in Ohio to day MUD

You have my curiosity up. How did you mount them?

I used an EZ Weight bracket, but took 9.5" bar stock and cut it off, then drilled 1" holes in the center of them to make front weights on my NH TC24D. I put 50# on each of my front wheels and the added traction and stability is amazing. I may add a little more weight this summer as I find my front end is still a little light with my 60" rear mounted snowblower and my 60" rear mounted finish mower.

Did you bolt your weights to the auxilary holes (square holes) in your wheels with multiple bolts or did you fabricate some sort of center mouting post similar to EZ Weight's bracket?

The wheel has 4 small square holes and I used 2 of them
and cut all thead for the blots..

Well just got back from Dealer and now have a new
Tooth Bar that I have to in stall... /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
Tried to buy a trailer while I was there but we could not
agree on a price..
He told me since I bought the tractor from him ONLY
impaments bought from him would fit my new tractor..
I am still laughing at that one..

I also got a new Massy Hat..

Hey Doug,
Did you only look at White's when you bought your tractor, or did you look at Witmer's in Columbiana also?
I was wondering how they are on price on their implements.

Yes I did go there...
But like the other one better..
I think I got a great price on te tooth bar ..
When I was there to day I just about bought a drill press..
